Moving to a new server did the trick though. I tried doing that NightFire and that didn't work unfortunately. I have found that disabling and re-enabling DNS publishing would sometimes help. You should have The counts for the other stuff increment as requests to KMS are made. I did install the KMS keys and Office keys on another server and am able to activate now. The only change, other than some updates was the conversion to thin disks. The Windows firewall is not on on any machine in our domain and there is no other firewall between the KMS host and the clients. Then the host stopped accepting activations. I then converted that VM to make the disks thin.
